- Schools conduct the SWOT analysis: i.e., identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Schools conducting a School Self Evaluation.
- Schools developing a School Development Plan (SDP)
- Schools Developing a School Improvement Plan (SIP)
- Implementation of the SDP and SIP
Curriculum
The scope of the programme covers the following:
- Unit 1: How to conduct a SWOT Analysis
- Unit 2: How to conduct a School Self Evaluation
- Unit 3: SGBs and SMTs will practice using the SSE tool for data entry.
- Unit 4:Understanding the re-profiling of SGBs and SMTs using the provided sample.
- Unit 5: Providing schools with onsite support to develop the School Improvement Plan
